They can create a ticket and request to get this reviewed. You may need to use the same steps for now until a permanent solution is implemented.
Here’s how to get in touch with support:
- Press F1 or go to the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Type in your concern on the Search box and hit Enter.
- Click the Contact us link at the bottom.
- Tell us more about your question on the box provided.
- Hit Start a Message.
