Still no luck. Contacted PA support and spoke to a rep who first drilled me on why I needed to export files to excel?? Anyway, he tried to help but was unsuccessful. The client contacted their IT guy who discussed the issue with me. He told me he worked on the same issue with another client for 3 hours the other day. The end result was they couldn't fix the issue. Intuit told them they needed to go to QBO so that's what they did. That's not happening in this case and I think the client has had enough since they don't export reports to excel, I do that. The work around is using another employee's workstation. The workstation I use when I'm there hosts the file and she accesses as a second user. Interestingly enough her on her Windows machine QB export to excel works fine. So I'm stumped as to what to do from here.
