I looked into this and we don't currently have open investigations about desktop app installation issue.
Before setting up the desktop application, make sure you have the necessary system requirements. This will ensure the application is compatible with your setup and will help avoid problems when installing it.

If your computer meets the requirements, click on the Download Now button to install QB Desktop App. Let me walk you through the steps on how to install:
- Click on the installer.
- Choose Next, then choose Agree & Install.
- Make sure to wait for the installation process to complete.
- Once done, click on Finish.
