Install

I can't sign into my old Version of Quickbooks Pro 2017.  I've tried doing all the things the online Help mentioned.  Finally chatted with a rep who said that they would have to "escalate it" and that a tech would call.  Instead, I get an e-mail stating instructions and a code to download the file.  However, I don't have any of the file names to download and when I download the file I have - it says it's not supported.  This has been going on for four days and I'm desperate.  All I use this for now is to enter bills, pay bills, print checks and reconcile account.

I don't need the new versions.  I don't do payroll, or banking online, etc.  I need help desperately.
