I have a 3 user license installed on my desktop and on my laptop, however i am unable to sync the data. I am the only user on either one of the computers. Help me!! I purchased my program off of Amazon and downloaded the program from the QB website, however QB help says my company name does not match the name in their files, therefore they will not help me.
