Using Safari with QuickBooks on the iPhone is not a viable solution — the site is not formatted correctly for mobile, making it nearly impossible to use.
Part of the reason I pay $150 per month for QuickBooks is because I expect the iPhone app to function as advertised. If the app is not compatible with certain iPhones or iOS versions, that information should be clearly stated on the App Store page.
Failing to disclose this critical compatibility information leaves users in the dark and borders on false advertising.
