I've never seen such shoddy code. They say if you get enough monkeys with type writers to type forever they'd eventually produce all the works of Shakespeare - now we know how intuit writes code. Perhaps some work is left to talking monkeys.
All patches applied - repair tool run (who else thinks it is odd that Intuit needs so many repairs to their system instead of just making it more reliable?)
