I can understand the OP's frustration with constantly being asked to clear the cache, which has a knock on impact on other services we might use.  I have frequent issues with QBO in Chrome - endless rotating green dots and site not loading. When I eventually give up and switch to Firefox, things usually load without problem. It's extremely frustrating - now that we've been forced to use cloud based software, it would be good if it worked consistently.
