I have contacted Intuit 4 times because when I backup my Mac QB desktop 2024 to windows for my accountant they can't open the qbb file. My accountant has contacted Intuit also with no resolve. I have contacted Apple twice now as Intuit blames it on Apple and Apple on Intuit. Something is wrong and neither company take responsibility and neither one fixes the issue. This is VERY inconvenient and frustrating trying to get tax documents completed.
