I asked her what would be involved with the system upgrade & she said all she would need was my credit card information & then they would send the download and I would be ready to go. I asked if my credit card was already attached to my account, why would she need it? She asked if it ended with xxxx & stated my expiration date (which was correct) & said all she would need was the security code on the back of my card. We have another call scheduled this coming Wednesday because I told her I had to talk to my bosses first.
