Hi App,
The error 1328 normally appears when you're installing, uninstalling, updating, or repairing QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
To get this resolve, I recommend uninstalling your QBDT account and then reinstalling it. Before you uninstall it, make sure you have your license number handy as well as the product year and version.
Here's how:
- From the Windows Start menu, search for “Control Panel”, then open it.
- Select Programs and Features or Uninstall a Program.
- Find and select the version of QuickBooks Desktop you want to uninstall.
- Choose Uninstall/Change, Remove and then Next.
If you cannot see this option, sign out and sign back into Windows as an admin (or a user with admin rights). After that, install QuickBooks Desktop again.
However, if the issue persists, I recommend following Solution 2 in this article: Resolve Error 1328.
Please let us know if you need further assistance fixing the error 1328. I'll be around to help you again, App.
