In the meantime, let's try troubleshooting your QBSE app by removing any unnecessary accumulated data that might be causing it to act up.

 

Here are the steps to follow:

 

  1. Proceed to the Home menu or tap the three dots in the right upper right corner.
  2. Tap on Settings.
  3. Select Refresh Data.
  4. Click on Yes.

 

After completing these steps, restart your device. If the issue persists, please uninstall and reinstall the app.
