Below is the reason am asking for Release 5 Quickbooks Premier 2016 Uk version.
I missed seeing your country's version. You cannot use the Online tool as I mentioned before as it only applies to the US version. You will have to contact Fiat Lux as I suggested earlier to repair your files.
