To begin with, ensure installing QBDT on a server and set up everything outside QuickBooks to let other computers under your network access your company file.
After that, here's how you can turn on Multi-user Access:
- Head to the File menu in QBDT.
- Hover your cursor over Utilities, then choose Host Multi-User Access.
- Click on Yes to confirm.
