Old QB Desktop versions need Internet Explorer to run and Microsoft has removed it in Win 11. You can try installing and running QBD 2007 in compatibility mode but you may also encounter annoying error messages. Consider using a newer QB Desktop with a non-subscription license to run on Win 11. Contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA and they will recommend an option for your case.
