It is vital to keep your company data file's integrity, and the best way to handle this is by updating it using a compatible QuickBooks Desktop trial version. As Fiat mentioned, you don't need a third-party app to do this. The third-party app said in the earlier thread was for importing invoices.
Since we no longer support the QBDT 2008 version, I'd like to ask what version of QuickBooks Desktop you are using on your Windows. This is to determine the correct steps to proceed with this.
