Too much cache and other browser issues can sometimes cause unexpected results or errors when recording transactions in QBO. Let's access your account using a different or private browser. You can use either of these shortcut keys:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
Once you have successfully added the bundle, please return to your regular browser and clear its cache. This is done to speed up the process the next time you do a transaction in QuickBooks Online. Also, an alternative way is to use other compatible browsers.
Otherwise, you can follow the steps below to connect with our Online Support team to investigate this issue further.
Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company, then go to the Help (?) menu.
- Select Assistant to get a quick answers, then select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with
- Click still Talk to a human, then select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert.
- Get a callback from the next available expert.
- Ask the Community to get help from businesses like yours.

You can also run the Purchase Order report in QuickBooks Online to see the basic summary of all unfulfilled purchase orders, including the vendor names, delivery dates, and open balances.
