I understand how this script error affecting your navigation in QuickBooks.

Script errors are generally connected to Internet Explorer. QuickBooks by default uses that browser's settings to connect with the internet. We have different steps to get past it.

First, you'll have to set up Internet Explorer to be your default browser

Next, let's add Intuit as a trusted site in Internet Explorer. Here's how:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click Command, then select Tools.
  3. Select Internet Options, then go to the Security tab.
  4. Click Trusted sites, then click Sites.
  5. In the Add this website to the zone field, enter *.intuit.com, then click Add.
  6. In the Trusted sites window, uncheck Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.
  7. Close the Trusted sites window, then uncheck Enable Protected Mode.
  8. Close the browser.

Then, we'll have to disable add-ons on the Internet Explorer. Here's how:

  1. Open the browser, then click Command.
  2. Select Tools, then click Internet Options.
  3. Go to Programs, then click Manager add-ons.
  4. Select disable add-ons, and click OK.

Lastly, clear Internet Explorer's cache data.

For you to view W-2 forms, you'll have to log in to your account and enter your Payroll Pin.

Here's how you can do it:

  1. Go to Employees, then select Payroll Center.
  2. Open the File Forms tab.
  3. Select View/Print Forms & W-2s.
  4. Enter your Payroll Pin.
  5. The default option is Intuit Print Service. Select the Change W-2 printing option link to change, then hit Self-Print.
