Thank you for posting here in the Community, @5491.
I'll be happy to help you set up QuickBooks for your small farm.
Just to clarify, are you looking for a QuickBooks version that is suitable for your small business? If so, you can sign up for the Simple Start or Essentials version to track income and expenses in QuickBooks. Yet, if you're tracking inventory, I'd suggest signing up for the Plus version of QuickBooks.
You can check out this article to know the difference between each plan and its price: View Our Plans & Pricing.
However, if you already signed up for QuickBooks and don't know how to set up your small farm, I'll guide you on how to get started.
- In your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, click Account and Settings.
- Go to the Company menu, then enter your company information.
- In the Company type section, select the Tax form and Industry of your business. If you're not sure about this, I recommend seeking help from your accountant.
- Complete the information.
- Click Save, then Done.
I'm adding this article for more guidance: Get started and adjust settings after you sign up for QuickBooks Online.
Come back to this post if you're referring to something else or if you have other questions about QuickBooks. The Community team and I are always here to help.
