Yes, I agree with Fiat Lux - ASIA. Since we're unable to gather sensitive information on a public platform such as the Community for security concerns. That said, I highly suggest contacting our QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Technical Support Team. Also, they can guide you further with the registration process. Here's how:
- At the top menu bar click Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Select Contact us and then enter that you get Reminder prompts and Continue.
- Then choose either to Message an Agent or Talk to a Specialist.
