Thanks for joining this thread, @nancy122. I'll share some information on how you can access your Intuit account again.

If you're already signed in but want to change your sign-in info, including password, follow these steps.

  1. In QuickBooks Time, open your profile dropdown, then select Profile.
  2. Select Manage User ID / Password
  3. Select Sign in & security.
  4. Select the User ID, Email addressPassword, or Phone section.
  5. Make your changes.
  6. When you're done, select Save.

However, if your account is locked out due to forgetting your user ID or password, don't worry. Here’s how to get into your account and back to business as usual.

  1. Go to our sign in help page.
  2. Enter the phone number, email address, or user ID for your account. Or, select Try something else and answer other questions about yourself. Then select Continue.
  3. Check your phone or email for a message from Intuit or QuickBooks. Enter the code we sent, or follow the instructions in the message. We may ask you for a little more info to make sure it’s really you.
  4. When prompted, reset your password.

Here's an article you can refer to for more details on resetting your QuickBooks Time password. You can also check there on how to reset passwords using your mobile device.

Once everything's good with your account. You can now clock in using the web browser. Here's how:

  1. Go to Intuit.com.
  2. Click Sign in on the top right.
  3. Select QuickBooks Time from the Small business products menu.
  4. Sign in to QuickBooks Time using their normal login credentials, and clock in like normal.
