Downloading pay stubs in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll is easy, and I'm here to show you how @mmp2020.
The same goes when printing your pay stubs, you'll have to visit the Paycheck list page so you can download them. You can either utilize the Export to Excel or Print option to get the data you need. To do this, here's how:
- Go to the Payroll menu.
- Select Employees.
- Click Paycheck list below Run payroll.
- You can select Filter drop-down to change the Date range or Employee.
- Choose the paycheck you want to download. Select the Print or the Export to Excel option to download. If you select the Print option, click the Download icon on the ViewPdfForm window.
