Keep in mind, I am not part of Intuit team. You should be able to use QBD 2021 through May 2024 to integrate with QB Payroll. After that time, you will still be able to use QBD 2021 but you will not be able to integrate with any online services (e.g. QB Payroll, bank feeds, third party apps).
