Yeah it nuts.
I am the IT guy and I spend more time in the past 2 years dealing with dumb issues like this from all software manufactures we use.
One thing I tried was changing the install directory for 2022 when you install only the DBM. It would install the32-bit DBM in the 64 bit windows directory.
I changed the install location to the 32-bit directory and it made no difference. No years would go into M/U mode.
Not sure if I needed to make a registry change with that or not. I don't do a lot in registry.
