Thanks for chiming in, @William Lavasque. I'd be glad to share some information about printing W-2 forms in QuickBooks Online.
Let’s try logging off to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and clear your browser’s cache to isolate this. Once done, log in back and kindly proceed to the printer settings to change the number of pages per sheet.
Here's how:
- On the VIEWPDFFORM screen, click the Printer icon in the upper right corner.
- Click More Settings then, choose the number according to your preferences on the Pages per sheet (Example number 2).
- Double-check the pages before hitting the Print button.
I've added screenshots below for your reference:
If you have automated taxes and forms, W-2s will be mailed to your employees from January 20 to January 31. Also, starting January 13, you can reprint them if needed.
You can check out this link to learn more about how to print your W-2 forms. With this, you'll want to consider purchasing W-2 kits from this link. This way, we can ensure that these forms are compatible with QuickBooks.
For future reference, I added the following articles to help you with printing and managing payroll:
- Fix QuickBooks Online printing issues on browsers for Windows.
- Get answers to your W-2 questions.
- Invite your employees to QuickBooks Workforce to see pay stubs, W-2s and more.
- File your W-2 forms.
- Run payroll reports.
Kindly update me on how things go by adding another comment below. I want to make sure you're able to print the pages you need. If you have other concerns about printing payroll forms, I'll be around to help you.
