But I couldn't click on it since it was hidden. I let the reboot shut down that window, and when I restarted QB selected cancel as you say and then opened the Company File. QB still asked for a password of course, but after I entered the password, the "Enter Automatic Transactions" window appeared, not hidden this time.
This seems to be a bug in QB. Sometimes when QB opens it seems frozen, because it is waiting for the impossible: for me to click on the hidden "Enter Automatic Transactions" window. I can't consistently duplicate the problem because it seems random (but frequent). I am using QB Accountant Desktop 2020 Release R13P.
