They have the needed tools to securely pull up your account in a safe environment and help you to fix the issue. To connect with them, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Open your QBDT program and click the Help tab.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help
  3. From the search field, enter your concern. Example: Getting prompt to reset password when opening the QuickBooks File Manager.
  4. Then, at the bottom part, click the Contact Us link.
  5. From there, choose a way to connect with them.

 

Then, to ensure you'll be assisted on time, please visit our support hour's page. It contains the exact time when our support team will be available.
