If you need QuickBooks Desktop support and unable to access your company file, you can follow these steps:
- Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
- Make sure you select QuickBooks Desktop United States in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Select the topic and sub-topic that categorize your concern.
- The first section will offer articles and related posts that might help you fix your issue.
- Otherwise, you can go to the second section and click the Get Phone Number button. You can select Start a Chat, too.
