I appreciate you performing some steps to export your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) data to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

When moving your QBDT data, there are things that you need to consider. One of these is making sure that your QBDT account is up-to-date. If you're using a version older than 2018, you need to use a trial version to convert your file. You also need to check if the company file isn’t too big to export. Once verified, try to perform the export process again.

 

Also, keep in mind that you can only transfer a company file within 60 days after signing up to QBO. If it is more than 60 days, I suggest creating another trial account.
