You'll need to contact our Customer Care Team during our support hours. They have the tools that can pull up your account and provide you the validation code specific for you. Also, make sure to have your license and product numbers handy.
 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks file.
  2. Select the Help menu and then choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk, and then choose a way to connect with us.

Once you have the validation code, you can already activate the program: Activate QuickBooks Desktop for Windows.
