Thank you for advising that your engineering team is working on the issue. I just completed a chat Case:[removed] QB Mac using the customer support link you provided. (My fourth outreach to Quickbooks to amend this issue.) I specifically requested to be added to the investigation (INV-55426) you mentioned. I gave the details of my system and software again. Will await the availability of a fix to this situation from Quickbooks. Thank you.
