I'm here to ensure you're able to get the support you need to continue utilizing the features in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Dixielwn11.
When the troubleshooting steps provided above (accessing QuickBooks using Safari's private window) didn't fix or let your print your transaction, there's a need to further investigate the cause of this matter. Since you want one of our representatives to contact you, you'll have to request a callback from your account's Help menu. You'll first have to check out our support hours to ensure we can assist you on time. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Select the Search tab.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter the details of your concern in the What can we help you with? box.
- Click Let's talk.
- Choose the Get a callback option.
- Enter your contact details.
- Select Confirm my call.
Also, if you wish to learn more about configuring your print settings for printing checks in QBO, you can refer to this article: Align how your checks print.
In the meantime, I'm also adding this article to further guide you in managing your business expenses using QBO: Expenses and vendors in QuickBooks Online. It includes topics about paying bills, vendor credits, and purchase orders, to name a few.
Let me know how it goes in the comments below. If you have other printing concerns or inquiries about managing your checks and other expense transactions, I'm just around to help. Take care always.
