I'll show you the steps on how to Verify your data in QuickBooks Desktop. Note that before you're going to run the Rebuild tool, it's best to backup the data before the process. 

 

To verify the data, here's how:

 

  1. Go to the File menu and click Utilities.
  2. Select Verify and wait for it to finish scanning.

To run the Rebuild tool, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Navigate to the File menu and click Utilities.
  2. Select Rebuild and wait for it until the process is complete.
