Welcome to the Community, Apexbee.
Once expense receipts are uploaded into your books, their information's pulled and matched with an existing transaction. Afterward, you can review/edit and approve/remove the match.
Here's how:
- Access the Vendor menu, then Receipt Management.
- On your For Review tab, click the Refresh icon to see receipts.
- For each record, you can use your small arrow and choose Review.
- If the receipt matches, press Attach. In the event it's incorrect, pick Remove match.
- Select OK.
