I appreciate you joining in this thread, donglenn.

Allow me to step in and help you with moving your QuickBooks Desktop file to the online version.

As an initial step, I'd suggest logging out and logged back into your QuickBooks Online account. This will help prepare the system for the conversion process.

If you're still getting the same result, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. Let's start by pressing F5 on your keyboard to refresh the page. If you're still getting the same result, you can open your QuickBooks Online account in a private window. Here's how:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

Once signed in, bring in your data from there. If you're able to import the file using the private window, let's clear the browser's cache on your regular web portal or you can press CTRL+Shift and Delete key on your keyboard altogether. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.

I recommend visiting this link: What to expect when you switch from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online. It contains more details on what are the information that will convert with changes.

If you still need help with the conversion process, please let me know. I want to make sure your concern is fully addressed and I'm here to provide further assistance whenever you need it. Have a great rest of the week!
