I didn't ask to downgrade your OS. As I mentioned earlier, you may create a virtual environment on your Win 10 Pro to run a Win 7 system.
We noticed a few QuickBooks partners/resellers offer a one time license of QBD 2021 edition with discounted price. e.g Pro 1 user (not Pro Plus 1 user) worth $299 and Premier 1 user (not Premier Plus 1 user) worth $499.
