Potomacpctech thank you for your reply. I tried on Tuesday afternoon to update the compatability mode to Windows 10. However, the highest version for my to choose on my Quickbooks is Windows 8. I do not know why this is happening. Do you have any ideas? I am very thankful for your help! kaydjs
