I just tried compatibility mode for Win 7 on Win 10. I'm also trying to install Quickbooks 2010 on Win 10 v2004. Without compatibility mode it complained about Flash and failed. I set compatibility mode to Win 7 and then it complained about Internet Explorer 8, to enable it in the add remove programs or something. But all I can enable is IE 11. So I think either way it just won't install in Win 10.
