I'm here to help you with your concern. I'd like to know if you're using QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop? My colleague James, was mentioning about  the Reports in QuickBooks Online.

The QuickBooks Desktop tabs are located on the top bar. However, the tabs in the QuickBooks Online is located at the left pane of your page. You'll need to click on the three horizontal line icon to make it show. This is how it looks like:
