I'll help you print the customer labels, Shaindel.
If you're using QuickBooks Desktop, you can select the customers. It will help you print the first 20 pages of labels. Here's how:
- Click File.
- Go to Print Forms, then select Labels.
- Click the Name drop-down arrow, then select Multiple names.
- Select the customers, then click OK.
- Click OK, then click Print.
If you're using QuickBooks Online, you can also select and filter the customers when pulling up the Customer Contact List report. Here's how:
- Click Reports.
- Enter Customer Contact List in the Find report by name field.
- Click Customize.
- Go to Filter.
- Click the Customer drop-down arrow, then select the customers.
- Click Run report.
Also, if you want to take out other columns from the report, click Customize again, then uncheck the unnecessary columns by going to Rows/Columns and clicking Change columns.
