Hi there, @FedJer.

I hope you're having a successful week so far. You can install QuickBooks Desktop on your new Apple MacBook Air as long as it meets all the system requirements. After you check the conditions for your laptop, you can install the program following these steps:

1. Download your version of QuickBooks Desktop for Mac and have your product and license number handy for step number three.
2. Drag the QuickBooks icon to the Applications folder to open it automatically.
3. Double-click the QuickBooks icon to open the program.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions, accept the software and license agreement, and then push Next.
5. Enter your product and license number and click Next.
6. Activate your QuickBooks Desktop program.
