If you're referring to reactivating your payroll services this will require a service key specific to your EIN number. I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Support Team. They have the necessary tools to access your account details and generate the key for you.
Here's how:
- Click Help located at the top or press the F1 key.
- Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Enter a brief description of your issue and click Continue.
- Click Message an Agent.
Due to the outbreak, we have limited staffing and have reduced our hours to 6:00 A.M. -6:00 P.M. PT Mon-Fri. Rest assured, we will resume normal hours as soon as possible.
