By other "location" do you mean physically in another building? (e.g. You're working remotely like so many other people are these days?) Or do you mean on another computer ON THE SAME NETWORK in the same building?
If you are working remotely from home, the Hosting info you were looking at does not apply to you. You will need to use one of the Remote Desktop options. And, you'll need to go to the office once to set it up on the office machine.
If you are still in the office and on the same network. Do a web search for Share A Folder On My Local Network (be sure NOT to follow any instructions about sharing your Google Drive, that's something totally different, but always comes up in the search). Once you have that set up, go back to the Hosting documents you were looking at or that ShiellaGraceA posted.
