I appreciate you for performing some steps to resolve the issue. Since you're still unable to export reports, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to figure out the cause of this problem.
Here's how:
- Press F1 to open the Help window.
- Click Contact us at the bottom part.
- Give a brief description of your issue and click Continue.
- Choose from Message an Agent or Talk to a Specialist.
