I paid for 10 users. My server is connected to the internet. A list of users is available 24/7. If I had 50 machines I could still only have 10 users. My work stations will not operate without an internet connection to verify the subscription about every 10 days. What is QuickBooks so paranoid about when they can verify all activity via the server??? When downloads go to workstations there are product offers which should only be going to the prime contact not operators. Let your programmers see what it is like from the paying customer side and then you may begin to understand customer service.
