Did you run the installer after downloading it, and did you see the progress if the installation? You can try running the installer again. You can also download a fresh one here, and install it. Please be sure to check the system requirements to see if your PC meets them. If nothing happens, please contact our Support to check this further.
- Log in to QuickBooks using a web browser.
- Click on Help and choose Contact us.
- Enter a short description of the scenario and click Let's talk.
- Choose between Message an agent or Request for a callback.
