Hello, @chelsea86.
Thanks for joining this thread. I can help provide an option about printing paycheck list in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Did you follow the steps provided by SterlingD when printing paycheck list? If the Paycheck List doesn't appear on the Workers option, you can use the Report tab instead.
Here's how:
- In the left tab menu, select Reports.
- Search or Type-in Paycheck List.
- Select the paychecks you’d like to print.
- Click Print.
If the same thing happens, let's open your browser in incognito/private mode to check if it caused by a browser. Also, this mode doesn't use the existing cache data files to load a webpage.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl+Shift+N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl+Shift+P
- Internet Explorer: press Ctrl+Shift+P
- Safari: press Command+Shift+N
If it works fine with a private browser, I suggest clearing your browser's cache to start fresh. The next time you log in to QuickBooks Online, your browser will download fresh copies of everything you see on each page. Any cache-related issues should be cleared up.
For additional reference, you can check this article on how to set up and print payroll paychecks and pay stubs.
Please let me know how it goes. I'll be around to help if you have any other problem when printing paycheck list. Have a good day!
