They will need to bring up your account and create a case so this can be escalated further to determine where the limitation lies and if there is any way we can support the query. - In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
- Select Contact us and enter the details of your concern.
- Click Let's talk and choose Chat or Get a callback.
- Enter the required information.
