Welcome to the Community, Eman.
To provide better clarity, could you kindly share screenshots of the GST Portion where the error is displayed? Any additional details and information you can provide would be highly appreciated.
Also, please be mindful and careful to not include sensitive information. This precaution is taken to prevent any potentially scheming activities.
In the meantime, to resolve this consider signing into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private or "incognito" mode to prevent interference from extensions, plugins, or cookies. Excessive cache buildup in your browser can lead to unexpected product behavior and may prevent you from completing your business info. This stems from prolonged cache storage, causing abnormal browser functions. Use these shortcut keys to access private mode across different browsers:
- For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
- For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
- For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N
Once resolved, please return to your regular browser to clear its cache or utilize another supported one.
Additionally, I've included some articles for you, that can be great resources for managing and recording a GST payment in QBO:
