GST and BAS

Thanks for posting in the Community, Sarah.

 

There is a reported product investigation with no option to select GST on Purchases and GST Free Purchases in bank rules. We have raised this with the engineers to further investigate.

 

I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team through chat or phone and provide investigation number INV-115897. That way, we can add your company details to the affected files and you can get notifications as soon as a fix has been deployed.

  1. Click on the Help (?) icon.
  2. Under Assistant select suggested options or type a question and click on Talk to a human.
  3. Under Search, search from knowledge based information and click on Contact Us.
  4. Enter a short description of your concern.
  5. Click on Continue.
  6. Click on Start a Chat or Call us.
